Jack graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy in 1980. Wishing to focus on the specialty practice of Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy, Jack spent six years practicing Physiotherapy in New Zealand while he completed the New Zealand Manipulative Therapy Association's three year post-graduate Diploma of Manipulative Therapy program in 1984. It was during this time that Jack first met and mentored under Brian Mulligan.
Jack is now in private practice in London Ontario Canada. His area of special focus is Orthopaedic Manual Therapy. He a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapy, and a founding member of the Mulligan Concept Teacher's Association.

Jim Millard graduated with a degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario, Canada in 1991. He received credentialed status in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy from the McKenzie Institute in 1996.
Jim received a Diploma in Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy in 2000 and is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy. He has assisted Brian Mulligan on courses in Canada and the USA. Jim is a fully accredited Mulligan Concept teacher.
